30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label
4. Pack the item securely and ship it back
5. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process the return.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been used, opened, or are not in original condition
• Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Defective Items
